Mycoses of the feet and hands are not only an epidemiological and aesthetic problem, but they have very significant clinical significance. Purpose: to analyze the organization of preventive measures to detect mycoses of the feet and hands in patients of the Krasnodar Territory for 2011-2018. Materials and methods: the analysis was carried out on the basis of the annual report of the federal statistical observation of form No. 34 “Information on patients with diseases transmitted predominantly by sex and infectious skin diseases”, approved. by the order of Rosstat dated 29.12.11 No. 520 (as amended on 12.24.2018) and form No. 9 “Information on diseases of sexually transmitted infections and infectious skin diseases” approved by the order of Rosstat dated 29.12.11 as No. 520 (as amended on 24.12 .2018). Results: n dynamics for 2011-2018 in the Krasnodar Territory, there is a tendency to increase (by 68.2%) in identifying patients with mycoses of the feet and hands, most of which were diagnosed with independent treatment to medical organizations (96.8%); 3% of cases were detected by specialists of outpatient facilities; 0.2% - in a hospital setting. In the form No. 34, there is no data on cases of detection of feet and hands suffering from mycoses in medical institutions of other forms of ownership. Analysis of the detection of foot and hand mycoses by specialists of different profiles in outpatient facilities showed that in the dynamics for 2011-2018. in the Krasnodar Territory there is a tendency towards a decrease (by 14.7%) in the number of feet and hands affected by mycoses of the mycosis detected in skin and venereal institutions; 5.2% in other medical institutions; 89.5% for all types of medical examinations. Conclusions: in dynamics for 2011-2018. in the Krasnodar Territory, the number of identified patients with in dynamics for 2011-2018 in the Krasnodar Territory, the number of detected cases of mycosis of the feet and hands increased by 68.3% (in the Southern Federal District, an increase of 43.2%, and in the Russian Federation, a decrease of 1.9%). In the structure of the ways to detect mycoses of the feet and hands, the main share is self-treatment (Krasnodar Territory - 96.8%, SFD-79.1%, RF-82.3%). Noteworthy is the low percentage (only 3.2%) of the active detection of patients with mycoses of the feet and hands by doctors of medical organizations, while in the Southern Federal District and the Russian Federation a similar indicator was 6.6 and 5.5 times higher. When hospitalizing in non-core hospitals, it is necessary to work to prevent the spread of mycoses of the feet and hands by actively identifying patients. It is necessary to ensure the registration of patients with mycoses of the feet and hands contacting medical organizations of other forms of ownership.
