The article presents the results of an original study of the differences between the psychological characteristics of graduates of the Krasnoyarsk state medical University named after prof. V. F. Voino-Yasenetsky, who completed training in the specialty pharmacy of higher and secondary professional education from the psychological characteristics of graduates of medical specialties. Purpose: To identify differences in the personal psychological profiles of graduates of the specialty pharmacy of higher and secondary vocational education from the personal professional profiles of graduates of medical specialties. Materials and methods: The questionnaires, giving the highest number of statistically significant differences between the psychological characteristics of graduates were selected to study the effects of a psychological profile further to work in the field of pharmaceutical activity: Motivators, DISC Business profile, Character profile (Smereka-Leongard), the Cattell test, the Dynamic properties (Rusalov). Data processing was performed on the IBM SPSS Statistics software product by calculating the Mann-Whitney test at py graduates of the specialty of pharmacy are more likely to do mental work and are also less sensitive to the discrepancy between expectations and actual performance. Similarly, the learning skill are better expressed in University graduates of the specialty of pharmacy than in graduates of pharmacists.
