Introduction. Morbidity is the most important criterion that characterizes the health of the population. Analysis of morbidity is necessary for the development of management decisions by the health care system. Against the background of the continuing increase in the incidence rate in most age groups, adolescents 15-17 years old have a slight decrease in the indicator. The purpose of the study: to study the dynamics of the overall morbidity of persons aged 15-17 years in the context of ICD-10 classes in Russia as a whole and taking into account the regional component.Materials and methods. The study used materials from the Department for Monitoring, Analysis and Strategic Development of Health Care of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Statistics Service. The calculation of relative indicators and their errors, indicators of the time series was carried out. The comparison was carried out using the methods of parametric statistics. The indicators were considered reliable at a given pars in the context of the Federal Districts showed that 3 districts had higher incidence rates compared to the average in Russia and 3 - frequency indicators are lower than the average for Russia. Conclusion.
