The aim of the study is to describe the structure of the recording and reporting system for HIV-associated tuberculosis (TB/HIV). Materials and methods. The analysis of the peculiarities of the formation of statistical information on TB/HIV and the experience of its formation at the federal and regional levels, on the example of the implementation of epidemiological TB/HIV monitoring in Moscow. Results. A set of the most important TB/HIV indicators and the results of the corresponding anti-tuberculosis measures were identified. The features of the formation of TB/HIV indicators, which must be taken into account when monitoring this problem, are given. Recommendations were made on expanding the set of reported TB/HIV indicators on the national level. Conclusion. The TB/HIV monitoring systems, operating in the Russian Federation and a number of subjects of the country, make it possible to carry out the necessary supervision over this problem, but require the approval of a number of additional indicators at the national level.
