Summary:
The analysis of normative documents regulating activities and setting a district pediatrician. Sources of information were the Orders of the Ministry of health for the 30-year period of time. Identified significant differences in the laws and regulations that constrain and destabilize the work of the doctor. This situation requires a re-examination of the existing regulatory framework.
