The article reviews non pharmacological methods of hospital stay rehabilitation with middle aged, aged and senile patients who have had surgeries. Survey data show that inpatient treatment provides a wide range of rehabilitation methods and facilities, consequently the existing system possesses potential to realize inpatient stage of rehabilitation programs. It is revealed that rehabilitation arrangements in implemented directions were intensive, regular, individually adjusted and dosed. Unique approaches to rehabilitation of middle aged, aged and senile patients were not registered. Despite high clinical effectiveness of hospital stay phase of medico-social rehabilitation problems of surgical care of senile patients are revealed.
