This article presents the results of questionnaire survey of pharmaceutical faculty graduate students of Vitebsk State Medical University. The goal of present study was to detect professional expectations, the degree of graduate student’s awareness about their future professional activities, as well as the level of their professional training. The major professional plans and preferences of pharmaceutical faculty graduate students of day-time and correspondence forms of educations have been identified in the analysis, which allowed to determine the most effective ways to attract and retain young professionals.
