DIFFERENT MORPHOTYPES OF SKIN AGING IN WOMEN AND PREMATURE AGING: PREVENTION AND FOLLOW-UP SOMATOCOGNITIVE PROGRAMS

Summary:
Actually: The development of premature aging syndrome is typical for 79.2 % of the population of our country. Population-based prevention programs are not the only and sufficient option for the prevention of age-associated pathology, increasing life expectancy and improving its quality. In this regard, it is relevant to create prevention and follow-up programs in people with different morphotypes and premature aging syndrome.
Aim: to create prevention and follow-up programs in people with different morphotypes and premature aging syndrome.
Material and methods: The basis of the study was the clinic of aesthetic medicine "Personalized Clinic" on the basis of Clinical Hospital No. 85 in Moscow. In total, we examined 154 women (45-54 years, average age 49.3±1.2 years), 138 women (55-64 years, average age 60.2±1.3 years). In all patients, a negative discrepancy between the biological and chronological ages was revealed, that is, premature aging. For control, we selected a group without signs of premature aging, so we examined 56 women (45-54 years, average age 49.8±1.2 years), 58 women (55-64 years, average age 60.1±1.3 years). The morphotypes of skin aging were determined by a cosmetologist. The data were processed statistically, and a corellian analysis was applied.
Results: With the deformational morphotype of skin aging, taking into account the relationship with premature aging, it is necessary to conduct additional examinations in the form of blood pressure measurement, determination of LDL levels in the blood test, measurement of cognitive abilities by MMSE, measurement of depression on the Beck scale, determination of sleep quality on the Epworth sleepiness scale, determination of body mass index (BMI), level of glycated hemoglobin, determination of estradiol levels in the blood, and with the tired morphotype of skin aging, in addition to all of the above, to supplement the prodocol of additional examinations with the identification of T- hip joint criteria for the detection of osteopenia, using the SARC-F questionnaire for the screening of sarcopenia. With a fine-wrinkled morphotype of skin aging, taking into account the relationship with premature aging, it is necessary to conduct additional examinations in the form of measuring the level of cognitive abilities on the MMSE, measuring the level of depression on the Beck scale, determining the quality of sleep on the Epworth sleepiness scale, identifying the hip T - test for detecting osteopenia, using the SARC-F questionnaire for screening sarcopenia.
Conclusions: Based on the additional examination (blood pressure measurement, determination of LDL level in the blood test, measurement of cognitive abilities, measurement of depression and sleep quality, determination of body mass index, level of glycated hemoglobin and estradiol in the blood, identification of the hip joint T-test), it is recommended to develop programs for the prevention of premature aging.
