Summary:
Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system are a major problem for modern society. It is now becoming increasingly clear that disease osteoarticular system significantly impair the quality of life of patients because of constant pain and violation of functional activity, in particular this applies to osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. Quality of life in patients with osteoporosis and osteartrozom using special questionnaires, which is shown in this article will allow observation of patients in the dynamics, evaluate and compare the effectiveness of various treatments, determine the prognosis of diseases, and to develop economic models for the prevention and treatment of data nozoology. The paper studied and are the main modern standardized questionnaires for patients with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis - both general and specific. Objective: to study the basic methods of assessing the quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
