Summary:
The stability of the chemical composition is one of the most important and mandatory conditions for the normal functioning of the body. The change in the concentration of each of the macro-microelements is interrelated. Therefore, both the lack of macro-and microelements, and their in-creased concentration, can lead to adverse consequences for human life. The aim of the study is to develop new approaches to the diagnosis of age-associated disorders in elderly people with oncological pathology (for example, thyroid and prostate cancer) using innova-tive research methods (point element analysis). Materials and methods. The study involved 87 patients with prostate and thyroid cancer. After histological examination, 40 cases of prostate adenocarcinoma were selected in individuals with stage 2 and stage 3 disease. 47 cases with stage 2 and stage 3 papillary thyroid cancer were studied. Photography was performed in a microscope «Topic-T Ceti». For electron scanning microscopy, the samples were fixed in a standard solution of glutaraldehyde. The analysis and photography were carried out in the microscope «FE1 Quanta 200 3D» and «FE1 Quanta 600 FEG». A detector for studying macronutrient analysis (carbon, oxygen, calcium, nitrogen, sodium, magnesium, phospho-rus, sulfur, aluminum) is compared with the device. Results and discussion. In middle-aged and elderly patients with stage 2, the oxygen content in the tumor node in comparison with the site near the tumor node is higher by 22.88% and 11.09%, and in comparison with the site far from the tumor node by 31.25% and 29.04%, respectively. In middle-aged and elderly patients with stage 3, the oxygen content in the tumor node in comparison with the site near the tumor node is higher by 10.25% and 8.35%, and in comparison with the site far from the tumor node by 30.24% and 30.37%, respectively. Conclusion. With the help of point analysis of elements with electron microscopy, it was found that in the areas of accumulation of tumor cells in prostate cancer, there is an increase in oxygen content, and in thyroid cancer, oxygen and nitrogen, which decreases as you move away from them. When studying the content of nitrogen and carbon in prostate cancer, as well as carbon in thyroid cancer, we found that their content is reduced in areas of accumulation of atypical cells.
