At school age, children and adolescents are affected by the sanitary and hygienic factor of the their educational organizations. It is necessary to study the influence of the level of sanitary and epidemiological well-being on the development of school-related pathology in children and adolescents. The aim of the work: study of the structure and analysis of the significance of factors of the intra-school environment that affect the health of modern schoolchildren. Material and methods. The analysis of the sanitary and hygienic conditions of education (according to the current guidelines and the point method of assessment) and the development of school-related pathology among 488 schoolchildren in grades 2-3, 5-6 and 9-11 in 9 organizations in Samara was conducted. The results of the study and their discussion. It is shown that among the studied educational organizations, 6 schools have acceptable, and 3 schools have potentially dangerous learning conditions. The priority factors of the intra-school environment influencing the state of health of students were revealed. Thus, in schools where we noticed the highest class occupancy, there is a tendency to a significant increase in the number of children with neurotic conditions from primary to secondary education. In educational organizations where cases of non-compliance of furniture with the growth characteristics of children were identified, a high proportion of children with impaired posture and visual acuity was revealed, as well as a significant increase in the proportion of children with reduced visual acuity, impaired posture and the frequency of neurotic reactions among students from primary to secondary school. The analysis of the results of preventive examinations showed a significant increase in the proportion of students with school-related pathology from the beginning of school to the age of the senior school level in educational organizations with potentially dangerous learning conditions. Conclusion. In educational organizations of the city of Samara priority factors of the intra-school environment that influence the development of school-related pathology among children are the illumination of educational places, equipment, placement and seating of pupils behind school furniture, the occupancy of classrooms, as well as the educational load.
