Introduction. The article is concerned with to the analysis of measures aimed at the prevention of diseases of the reproductive system diseases of men, from the point of formalization, based on the study of the programs of the federal project «Public Health promotion» included in the national project «Demography». The article considers the possibilities of implementing programs on the component of the prevention of male infertility, which significantly affects the demographic situation in the country. Purpose of the investigation. Analysis of directions and possibilities for the implementation of the federal project «Public Health promotion», from the standpoint of the prevention of diseases of the reproductive sphere of men, including the formation of a healthy lifestyle and increasing physical activity. Materials and methods. The article uses methods of the empirical level and methods of the theoretical level. Results and discussion. The timeliness of the study of the problem of male infertility correlates with the problem of birth dearth, few children and unfruitful marriage. The value of indicators confirming this position is in the range from 40% to 60% according to the data of the Family Planning Centers, while the problem of «relative sterility» requires special attention. Forced type of hypokinesia in schoolchildren and students contributes to the development of reproductive disorders in men and can cause infertility. Analysis of the programs of the federal project «Public Health promotion» indicates the need to explain to the population the issues of increasing physical activity, motivation for a healthy lifestyle, information support of the project in the media, coverage of the most significant problems that significantly affect the demographic situation in the country. Conclusion. The proportion of infertile marriages in Russia exceeds the critical birth rate and represents a state problem. In the programs and planned activities of the FP «Public Health promotion», it is necessary to focus on explaining to the population the need to increase physical activity in order to prevent reproductive disorders in men.
