Summary:
Recently, the radiation diagnostic service has moved to a new stage of development, including the improvement of technologies, the introduction of new techniques in radiation research, which has allowed the radiation diagnostic service to take one of the most important places in medical practice, without which a diagnosis is impossible. The issues of revising the regulatory framework in the service of radiation diagnostics and training of specialists, taking into account constantly developing technologies, remain relevant. Purpose: to analyze the features of the development of the radiation diagnostics service in the Russian Federation for 2014-2019, indicating the need to improve this service. Materials and methods: On the basis of federal statistical observation forms, form number 17 "Information about medical and pharmaceutical workers", form number 30 "Information about a medical organization", form number 12 "Information on the number of diseases registered in patients living in the service area of a medical organization ", Form No. 14" Information on the activities of the subdivisions of a medical organization providing medical care in inpatient conditions "and statistical collections, intensive and extensive indicators were calculated. The work used statistical, analytical and descriptive methods, and also compared the statistical indicators of the Russian Federation with foreign countries. Results: The results of the analysis of the state of the radiation diagnostics service of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for 2014-2019 in the Russian Federation are presented: the organization of the service of the structural divisions of the radiation diagnostics service, personnel, radiation research and the fleet of radiation diagnostics equipment. Medical organizations are not staffed with the required number of specialists (a tendency towards a decrease in the number of people in positions occupied). The number of devices for radiation diagnostics and the number of studies performed (CT studies, MRI studies) are increasing. However, the use of contrast technologies for CT and MRI is still at a low level. There is a downward trend in the proportion of radiologists, ultrasound diagnostics doctors, radiotherapists, radiologists and the proportion of X-ray technicians with a qualification category. The share of doctors with a qualification category in X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment is gradually increasing. It is necessary to improve personnel policy in the field of radiation diagnostics. In accordance with the passport of the national project "Health" in 17 regions of the country, the share of X-ray endovascular interventions performed in patients with acute coronary syndrome to the total number of patients who left with coronary syndrome exceeded 60%. A comparative comparison was made with European countries. Conclusions: In connection with the increase in the number and complexity of radiation studies in the Russian Federation in 2014-2019, an increase in the fleet of equipment for radiation diagnostics, it is necessary to improve the qualifications of employees working in the radiation diagnostics service, to switch to permanent professional continuing education. At present, the equipment for radiology diagnostics is outdated. To increase the availability of preventive X-ray research methods, mobile units are actively used, the number of which has increased over the past six years.
