Summary:
Introduction. Introduction. The development of specialized medical services requires the development of a strategy for their operation in modern conditions. The increasing prevalence among children and adolescents of mental and behavioural disorders necessitates assessment in the nosological and age aspects of the flow of patients entering neuropsychiatric dispensaries.
Material and methods. The assessment of the formation of the patient flow was carried out based on the materials of the Novosibirsk Regional Children's Clinical Neuropsychiatric Dispensary (NODKPND), including official statistical reporting forms (No. 10 and No. 36), as well as a continuous sample over a three-year period of medical care for 2715 children and adolescents. The contingent was divided into 5 age groups: children under 3 years old, 3-6 years old, 7-9 years old (elementary school students), 10-14 years old (middle school students), as well as teenagers 15-17 years old.
Results. It was established that in the Novosibirsk region there is a significant spread among children and adolescents of mental disorders and behaviors, which account for 4.5 and 7.3% of the total number of these contingents, respectively. 81.0% of all patients were patients with psychological disorders, organic mental disorders, emotional disorders and behavior disorders.
Among patients of preschool age, children with psychological development disorders predominate (78.3%), between the ages of 7 and 14, in 77.5-94.1% of cases were children with psychological development disorders, emotional and behavior disorders, and mental retardation. In adolescents, the largest proportion (69.6%) was in patients with neurotic and somatoform disorders, as well as with organic mental disorders, disorders of mood, emotions and behavior.
The obtained results determine the scope and structure of implementation of therapeutic and rehabilitation technologies in NODCCPD.
Keywords mental disorders and behavioral disorders, children and adolescents, statistical assessment
