Summary:
Relevance. The study of the territorial features of the spread of diseases is an urgent task for regions with a large number of municipalities. Goal. The identification of areas with the highest morbidity of individual dermatoses in the municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan was the purpose of our study. Materials and methods. We divided the municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan (RB) into two groups according to the composition of the population: the first group – municipalities with a rural population (n = 38), the second group – municipalities with a rural and urban population (n = 20). We made a cluster analysis in these groups according to the morbidity of diseases of skin and subcutaneous cellular tissue (DS and SCT). Results and Discussions. In 2019, in the RB, the morbidity of the adult population of DS and SCT was 5704.3 per 100 thousand of the adult population. We identified three clusters in the group of municipalities with a rural population: in the first cluster, the morbidity predominates of atopic dermatitis, eczema and contact dermatitis, in the second - predominates of scleroderma, in the third - predominates of psoriasis and a group of other dermatoses. We have identified three clusters by making a cluster analysis of municipalities with rural and urban populations: in the first cluster - the highest morbidity of atopic dermatitis, eczema and contact dermatitis, in the second - the lowest morbidity of scleroderma, contact dermatitis and a group of other dermatoses, in the third cluster - the highest morbidity of psoriasis and a group of other dermatoses. We identified differences between the first group and the second group in terms of the average morbidity of dermatoses: in the first group, the morbidity of dermatoses is lower (5292.3 per 100 thousand of the adult population) than in the second group (7226.1 per 100 thousand of the adult population) (p
