PLANNING THE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF MEDICAL SPECIALISTS AND THEIR PREPARATION OF A REPORT ON THE WORK PERFORMED

Summary:
The introduction of professional standards of specialists into the practice of healthcare was the basis for reviewing the job descriptions of medical workers. In particular, in accordance with the labor functions of professional standards, doctors-specialists of a clinical profile are required to perform a fairly large list of tasks for the organization of health care and public health, one of which is to draw up a work plan and report on their work. In addition, the labor actions, skills and knowledge listed in the professional standards are necessary for medical specialists to successfully pass primary and primary specialized accreditation. Analytical, logical, statistical, and questionnaire methods were used to study the attitude of clinical specialists to planning their daily activities and compiling reports on their work. 92 specialist doctors from University clinical hospitals of Sechenov University were involved in the questionnaire survey. In the course of the questionnaire survey, it was found that 78% of the surveyed medical specialists currently plan their daily activities and make reports on the work performed, while the remaining 22% of respondents practically do not perform these activities. Doctors-specialists were informed about the need to plan their daily activities and make reports on the work performed during their training in educational organizations and in the workplace. According to the results of the study made the following conclusions: the regulated professional standards planning of daily activities of a specialist and compiling them to report on the work done aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of medical care; the design of the plans and reports of medical specialists, it is advisable to carry out any form on electronic media for a day, a week or a month, subject to the requirements of the management of medical organizations and traditions; in educational organizations and at the workplaces of medical specialists, it is necessary to consider measures to optimize the procedure for conducting daily planning and compiling reports on work performed; planning and reporting documents on the daily activities of medical specialists must necessarily reflect organizational measures, medical and diagnostic and research work; in the process of internal control of the quality and safety of medical activities in a medical organization, it is advisable to check the planning and preparation of reports by specialist doctors.
