Introduction: The use of internal quality control cards in the provision of specialized medical care to patients in psychiatric practice helps to improve its quality. Purpose: s to assess the quality of medical care provided to patients in a psychiatric hospital using internal quality control cards. Materials and methods: Examination of 282 internal quality control cards of patients hospitalized in the psychiatric hospital GBUZ "Psychiatric Clinical Hospital No. 4" of the Moscow City Department of Health (hereinafter - GBUZ "PKB No. 4" DZM) in three stages: 45 cards (16.0%) from 2015 to 2016, 123 cards (43.6%) from 2017 to 2018. and 114 Results and discussion: At two levels of quality control of the provided medical care, an examination was carried out with an assessment of each point from 0 to 1 point, for each of which a general quality coefficient was further calculated with a description of the defects found in the provision of medical care. During calculations, the author's automated assessment of internal quality control indicators was applied. Level 2 quality factor in 2015-2016 was not defined in any patient. The median quality factor of level 2 for 2017-2018. is determined at 1.0, and in 2019 - 0.86. Quality coefficient at level 2 in 2017-2018 statistically higher than in 2019 (p = 0.011).
