Summary:
Relevance. The health of the population is one of the urgent problems of practical health care and scientific research with the aim of improving the organization of medical care, including for people over working age. Since the number of chronic diseases in this case increases, requiring adjustments to the provision of medical care for diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Purpose of the study: to study the opinion of dermatovenerologists on the organization of medical care for people over working age with diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue on the background of polymorbid pathology. Materials and methods. The work used data from a survey of dermatovenerologists (n = 82). For the sociological research, special questionnaires were developed, which included 10 blocks consisting of several questions. Among dermatovenerologists, the survey was carried out by a continuous method among those who took advanced training courses. Statistical processing of the primary material was carried out using: the method of descriptive statistics; calculation of relative (intensive and extensive) indicators; averages and weighted averages Research results. The results of a survey conducted among dermatovenerologists showed the need to improve the organization of medical care in the dermatovenerology profile for people over working age. Among the organizational measures that contribute to increasing patient satisfaction, many medical specialists (84.1%) noted an increase in knowledge of the psychology of old age and the peculiarities of providing medical care for skin diseases occurring against the background of polymorbid conditions. The need to improve the organization of the working process of dermatovenerologists and doctors of other specialties by organizing online consultations, a hospital at home, revising the time norms for visiting one patient in the direction of increasing it and providing a workplace with modern equipment is also indicated. Consider the possibility of organizing an office of a dermatovenerologist who has a certificate of a specialist in geriatrics and psychology of the elderly population to provide medical care to women aged 55 and to men aged 60 and older, as well as to organize a school for a gerontological patient and delegate some of the work with documentation that is not typical for specialist doctors, a nurse.
