THE INCIDENCE OF SKIN AND SUBCUTANEOUS TISSUE DISEASES IN THE GENERAL POPULATION AND AMONG PEOPLE OLDER THAN WORKING AGE IN THE STAVROPOL TERRITORY, 2017 TO 2020

Summary:
Resume. Relevance. The increase in life expectancy is accompanied by an increase in chronic diseases, including skin and subcutaneous tissue, which arouses the interest of scientists in view of the development of polymorbidity in old age. Material and methods. The data of the form No. 12 "Information on the number of diseases registered in patients living in the service area of a medical organization" in the Stavropol Territory for the period from 2017 to 2020 were used. Analytical, descriptive methods of statistics and calculation of extensive and intensive indicators were used. Results. For the period from 2017 to 2020, the primary incidence of skin diseases and PCC in the general population of the Stavropol Territory increased by 15.5%, in people with STV by 20.8%, compared to the previous year it decreased by 7.3% and 1.8%, respectively. During the same period in the Stavropol Territory, there was an increase in the overall incidence both in the general population and in persons with STV (by 3.4 and 7.4%, respectively), compared to the previous year, it decreased by 5.0 and 3.3%, respectively. The highest rates of primary and general morbidity in both studied population groups of the Stavropol Territory were observed for contact dermatitis. Contact dermatitis occupied the leading position in general and primary morbidity among the entire population and in persons with STV for the entire study period. Conclusion. For the entire study period, as compared to the previous year, the primary incidence of skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases increased both in the Stavropol Territory as a whole, and among people older than working age. At the same time, the overall incidence had equidirectional trends, characterized by an increase over the entire study period and a decrease relative to the previous year. At the same time, contact dermatitis was the leader in the structure of morbidity as in the general population. And the streets are older than the working age.
