CURRENT PROBLEMS OF INCIDENCE OF PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE FAR EAST FEDERAL DISTRICT: BASIC BACKGROUND AND DIRECTIONS FOR FORMING PREVENTION PROGRAMS

Summary:
The morbidity of the mother during pregnancy negatively affects the offspring, leading to the pathology of the fetus and newborn, diseases of childhood and adolescence, "adult" diseases, and further to the development of complicated pregnancy. The study of the dynamics of pathological processes complicating the course of pregnancy makes it possible to assess the quality of the medical care provided and to determine priority areas for its improvement, taking into account the regional characteristics of the territories.
Aim of study. To identify the main pathological conditions in women during pregnancy, their dynamic changes in the Far Eastern Federal District, as well as to develop approaches to prevention, taking into account the geographical and medico-social characteristics of the subjects.
Materials and methods. The indicators of morbidity of pregnant women in the Far Eastern Federal District are analyzed according to the statistical collections "The main indicators of maternal and child health, the activities of the maternal and child health and obstetric services in the Russian Federation" for the period 2015-2019. The total morbidity, trends in a number of pathological conditions in individual subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District were estimated, taking into account the growth rates (general and average). The mean values were also calculated with an error of the mean (M ± m).
Results. Analysis of the data showed that there is an increase in somatic morbidity among pregnant women and, above all, anemia (+ 3.54%; 33.90-35.10%) and diabetes mellitus (+ 305.29%; 1.70-6, 89%), as well as a number of pathological conditions complicating the course of pregnancy - severe preeclampsia (+ 40.00%; 0.30-0.42%), Rh immunization and other forms of isoimmunization (+19.35; 1.24 -1.48%), threats of premature birth (+ 2.91%; 12.43-13.10%).
Conclusion. A decrease in the rate of increase in morbidity is possible only with an integrated approach, including organizational measures, staffing, improving the quality of medical care, as well as prevention, as an investment in the health of the future generation. When developing these measures, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the regions, their material and personnel component, and the financial support of the industry.
