Introduction. In spite of wide use of visual methods of colorectal tumor assessment, the incidence of colorectal cancer annually increases and the level of early diagnostics of this pathology remains extremely unsatisfactory. In this connection there is a necessity to increase the efficiency of modern approaches to the organization of coloproctological care. Goal. Analyze the efficiency of modern approaches to the organization of coloproctologic care in Perm Krai in 2018. Materials and methods. On the basis of coloproctology department of F.H. GBUZ PK GKB № 2, Center of coloproctology and 8 coloproctology offices located in outpatient and polyclinic medical organizations the analysis of 30900 appeals for outpatient coloproctology appointments and 1138 case histories of patients of coloproctology department was conducted. Results and discussion. The results of the study have revealed significant problems in the organization of coloproctological care, which affect personnel, structural and functional support, technique and technology, management methods, informational basis and communication. The given elements are taken as a basis for the developed organizationally optimized model of coloproctological care. Conclusion. At the present time there has arisen a necessity to reorganize the existing approaches to coloproctological care that demands an integrated approach and might be realized by means of the suggested model.
