Summary:
Reducing the motivation for full-time study at the courses of improvement of health care organizers requires optimization of the educational process. The data of a special survey among the participants of the courses are analyzed to find out a possible solution to the problem. The long-term experience of the Department of International Health of the RMAPO, the WHO collaborating center, which for the first time introduced the methodology of group dynamics into practice with great success and international recognition, is considered. According to the authors, the introduction of this educational technology in the organization of advanced medical courses is largely able to solve the problem under consideration.
