Relevance. The regulatory and legal documentation in the field of monitoring the medicines for medical use movement does not clearly describe the requirements pharmacies of medical organizations (MO) in the federal state information system for monitoring the movement of medicines for medical use (FGIS MDLP) and withdrawing medicines from circulation by releasing them to the departments of the MO for direct medical care to patients. With the introduction of mandatory labeling of medicinal products from 01.01.2020, pharmaceutical workers of pharmacies of the MO face daily problems during acceptance from suppliers of pharmaceutical products, storage, release, registration of disposal of labeled medical products from circulation to structural divisions (departments and offices) of the hospital, which causes irrational use of material resources and working time of pharmacy staff, negatively affects the quality and time of medical care. The aim of the research was to develop the project "Office (working area of the pharmacy of the MO) for registration of the disposal of labeled medical products for medical use in the departments of the MO", aimed at optimizing the working processes of workers of the pharmacy of the MO in the information system FGIS MDLP (on the example of the GBUZ TO "OKB № 2"). Materials and methods: The article presents the results of the content analysis of regulatory and legal documents that establish the procedure and features of the implementation of FGIS MDLP in MO. Methods of operational analysis of practical aspects of the organization and work processes in the information system FGIS MDLP (on the example of a pharmacy of a multidisciplinary GBUZ TO "OKB №. 2"). Results and discussion: The content analysis of the regulatory and legal documentation regulating the general procedure for the staff of MO to withdraw medicinal products from circulation in the FGIS MDLP system, as well as the study of the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical workers of a particular pharmacy of the MO in the new conditions of commodity accounting for the receipt and release of labeled products to the departments of the MO showed the need to optimize this activity by zoning the work processes for registering the disposal of medicinal products. The phenomena of the decreased quality of working processes caused by the overload of personnel, increased working time spent by pharmaceutical specialists on technical procedures for manually scanning the "DataMatrix" codes of each package of labeled drugs during acceptance control and registration of disposal to hospital departments, correction and solution of system errors are revealed. There was a decrease in the quality of performance of other official duties of pharmacy specialists for the proper provision of LP to hospital patients. The project "Office (working area of the pharmacy of the MO) for registration of the disposal of labeled medicinal products for medical use in the departments of the MO" and a training program for specialists to work in the FGIS MDLP in pharmacies of the MO have been developed. Conclusions. Thus, the developed project "Office (working area of the pharmacy of the MO) for registration of the disposal of labeled medicinal products for medical use in the departments of the MO", the introduction of the position "labeling specialist" into the staffing table, created training (retraining) program for working in the FGIS MDLP system are rational organizational and methodological solutions for optimizing the work of pharmacists of the pharmacy of the MO.
