Summary:
Introduction. Urological malignant neoplasms are currently an urgent problem. Thus, among all malignant neoplasms, kidney cancer accounts for 2.0%, and every year around 403.3 thousand newly diagnosed cases are registered in the world.
The aim of the study was to develop new approaches to the diagnosis of age-associated disorders in elderly people with oncological pathology (for example, kidney cancer).
Materials and methods. As part of the work performed, 162 people with kidney cancer were studied, of which 88 were women and 74 were men. Groups were formed according to age and nosological criteria. During statistical processing of the data, intensive and extensive indicators of average values were calculated. The significance of differences between the average and relative quantitative values was determined by the Student's t-test. Differences were considered significant provided that the level of significance was p and age factors, the average number of cells of the inflammatory infiltrate varied from 1 to 81, with a tendency to an increase in the number of cells in large tumors. There were no significant differences in the indices of the total cross-sectional area of blood vessels between men and women and in different age groups. We have noted atrophic elements of the tubular apparatus of the kidney in all groups.
Keywords kidney cancer, elderly, senile age, blood counts
