Results. Based on the results of a comparative analysis, the problems of departments with different values of integral indicators and, accordingly, with various external risk factors for situations associated with falling patients were visualized. Conclusions The high level of prevalence of cases of falling patients when receiving medical care in a medical organization actualizes the need for further systematization and assessment of external and internal risk factors that can lead to situations associated with falling patients. As an assessment tool, it is rational to use formalized methods that allow you to subsequently justify the implementation of planned long-term or short-term management decisions. And in the context of digitalization of healthcare, to develop a software product that allows you to quickly assess external and internal risk factors.
