Conduction. The policy of our state in the field of healthcare is directed on an increase of paces of progress and satisfaction of demand of the population in high-tech medical care. One of the major problems in area of healthcare is increase of a level of its availability, irrespective of seat of residing. High levels of desease of illnesses of system of blood circulation and death rate from them define increasing demand for high-tech surgical treatment. Contrary to prompt updating and introduction of innovative technologies, processes of the organization and an assessment of their efficiency are studied insufficiently. Goal. To estimate a role of rendering of high-tech medical care at illnesses of system of blood circulation at a regional level. Materials and methods. Source of the information were statistical forms №12, 14 and a database of a subsystem of monitoring of realization of the state task on rendering high-tech medical care of information-analytical system of Ministry of Health of Russia. The analysis of parameters of death rate has been carried out according to official statistics. According to the above-stated objective it has been made copy and paste the relevant information for 10 years period. In research statistical and mathematical methods, the logical and system analysis were used. Results. Carried out research has shown, that the level of primary desease of illnesses of system of blood circulation has no tendency to decrease. On the contrary prevalence of the given pathology has decreased a little, that is connected with practically double increase of number of the persons who are being under dispensary by supervision and rendered given contingent of persons special-purpose, including high-tech medical care. For the investigated period positive dynamics in decrease in a death rate and in an increase both scheduled, and actual volumes of rendering of high-tech medical care to residents of region is marked. Discussion. In connection with optimize measures directed on preventive maintenance and struggle against risk factors of progress of cardiovascular diseases, as well as an intensification of application of innovative methods of treatment, death rate as a whole, and in particular from illnesses of system of blood circulation has noticeably decreased. Increase of volumes of rendering of high-tech medical care on a structure «cardiovascular surgery» positively affects and decrease in prevalence of illnesses of system of blood circulation among the population of region. Conclusion. The results received during research, confirm an existing efficiency of the advanced technologies used at rendering special-purpose, including high-tech medical care and should form the basis for their application in all regions of the Russian Federation.
