Summary:
The task of digital optimization of medical care for cancer patients is very relevant, since at present in Russia the probability of death from cancer is on average almost 53%, while, for example, in the USA this indicator is at the level of 27%, in the UK - at the level of 39%. The reason for this is obvious: delayed diagnostics, screening programs are not available to everyone, poor technological equipment of medical organizations in the regions, ineffectively built ambulance for cancer patients in emergency conditions. Subject: the process of digital optimization of primary, emergency and specialized care for cancer patients. Purpose: to develop recommendations for creating a digital internal contour of clinical oncology at all stages of medical care. Methods: content (meaningful), statistical analysis based on big data, scientific synthesis of solving the problem of ineffective organization of medical care for cancer patients. Results: against the background of the epidemic of a new coronavirus infection, the number of detected cases of cancer in Russia and in the world has slightly decreased due to the fact that almost all public health resources are diverted to the "red zones". The rise in excess mortality from cancer in the next few years can be predicted right now. Measures are needed to effectively reorganize primary, emergency and specialized medical care for cancer patients based on the involvement of advanced artificial intelligence technologies, digital medicine and telemedicine technologies in public health. Conclusions and field of application of the results: digitalization and optimization of care for cancer patients will contribute to solving a number of important problems: the earliest diagnosis, saving more lives of cancer patients, accumulating the necessary data for scientific research and information exchange between actors. The results obtained in the article can be used to develop information-communication and intelligent-digital solutions within the framework of the national project "Healthcare".
