Summary:
Relevance. Malignant neoplasms represent one of the significant health problems, due to the high morbidity, disability and mortality of the population, as well as from the standpoint of growing financial costs and the burden on the health care system.
Purpose of the study. Optimization of medical care for malignant neoplasms of the skin by organizing multimodal care.
Materials and methods: The study was based on the Sverdlovsk Regional Oncological Dispensary and its branches. Current observation and statistical analysis of the results of providing medical care to 1881 patients with non-melanocytic skin cancer (NMSC): chemotherapy-24, radiation therapy - 1357, photodynamic therapy (PDT) -500 people Using the methods of systemic comparative analysis, a regional model of the optimal organization of specialized medical care was built with skin neoplasms.
Results: It has been established that the patient's “actual” paths may differ from their formal routing. The risks of untimely provision of medical care to patients with skin cancer are considered and, on the basis of them, the main requirements for a multimodal system for organizing oncodermatological care in the region are formulated.
Discussion. The developed multimodal oncodermatological system of medical care at the regional level is based on interdisciplinary, value-oriented, risk-oriented approaches and contributes to the achievement of a synergistic effect through a comprehensive solution to the problems of introducing innovations in the industry. The organization of multimodal medical care for malignant neoplasms of the skin optimizes and reduces the cost of medical care, taking into account the needs of patients and the quality of services.
Conclusion: The presented multimodal system for organizing specialized medical care for malignant neoplasms of the skin reduces the risk of exceeding the period of verification of diagnosis and treatment, allows to optimize medical care taking into account the needs of the patient.
