Introduction. Urological malignant neoplasms are currently an urgent problem. The incidence of prostate cancer is increasing annually, and it occurs much more often in men over 60 years of age. About 1.6 million cases of this pathology are diagnosed annually in the world, and 366 thousand patients die annually. The aim of the study was to develop new approaches to the diagnosis of age-associated disorders in elderly men with oncological pathology (for example, prostate cancer). Materials and methods. The study involved 102 people with prostate cancer. During statistical pro-cessing of the data, intensive and extensive indicators of average values were calculated. The signif-icance of differences between the average and relative quantitative values was determined by the Student's t-test. Differences were considered significant provided that the level of significance was p5 years of age. The histological signs of cancer were independent of age. These were predominantly adenocar-cinomas of the prostate with a Gleason score of 5 to 9, more often represented by a small acinar dark cell variant. However, large cell versions have also been observed. Conclusion. Prostate cancer is detected more often in patients starting from the second stage of the disease. Blood counts directly depend on the stage of the disease and age. Morphologically, these were predominantly clear cell adenocarcinomas.
