Introduction. The increase in the prevalence of mental and behavioral disorders among children and adolescents dictates the need to improve the strategy for assisting them in pediatric neuropsychiatric dispensaries. This requires establishing priorities for the demand for treatment and rehabilitation technologies. The purpose of the study: to establish priorities for the demand for treatment and rehabilitation technologies in the day hospital of the regional children's neuropsychiatric dispensary. Material and methods. A full sample was used from the information base of the dispensary for the three-year period of medical care for 2,698 children and adolescents in 8 groups of diseases. The implementation of technologies of psychological correction, arttherapy, social adaptation, medical-speech, physiotherapeutic and psychotherapeutic methods was analyzed. Results. The main treatment and rehabilitation technologies implemented in the children's neuropsychiatric dispensary are physiotherapeutic, psychological correction and medical and speech therapy, which account for 75.0% of the total assistance with an average demand level of 3.2 per 1 patient, respectively; 2.1 and 1.7 times. These technologies in 81.4-87.9% of cases are used in patients of 3-14 years of age with psychological development disorders, emotional and behavior disorders, organic mental disorders and mental retardation. The quantitative significance of treatment and rehabilitation technologies, which is 44.2% for physiotherapeutic procedures, 23.2% for psychological correction methods, 12.8% for medical and speech therapy methods, 10.2% for psychotherapeutic procedures, 7.2% for arttherapy methods and 2.4% for adaptation methods, determines the priorities of their demand for assistance to children and adolescents with mental disorders and behavioral disorders. This is the basis for planning the dispensary strategy.
