THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN CARRYING OUT OF PREVENTIVE EXAMINATIONS AND DISPENSARY OBSERVATION FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE IN UDMURT REPUBLIC

Summary:
Introduction. To achieve the national goal of increasing life expectancy to 78 years by 2024, the systematic approach of the national project "Healthcare" is used, where information technologies within the framework of the project "Creation of a single digital health circuit based on the Unified State Health Information System" serve as tools for the implementation of clinical projects. Against the background of the pronounced aging of the population, the widespread of cardiovascular diseases, the increasing burden on the primary health care, the change in the focus of attention of the district service to combat the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, the relevance of information technologies in solving the tasks of organizing dispensary observation of elderly and senile patients is increasing. Objective: to assess the functionality of the regional medical information system during the medical examination and dispensary observation of the population of the Udmurt Republic. Materials and methods. The study used data from federal statistical observation forms № 12, № 30 for the Udmurt Republic for 2017-2020. Evaluation of the functionality of the information system was carried out on the basis of the computer program "Regional medical information system of healthcare of the Udmurt Republic" implemented in the activities of state medical organizations of the Udmurt Republic. Results. The conducted research has shown the need for the use of information technologies in the organization of primary health care in the Udmurt Republic to increase the effectiveness of preventive measures, including medical examination and dispensary supervision of persons older than working age. According to the results of the assessment of the level of automation of the processes of preventive examinations and dispensary supervision, it was revealed that the functioning regional medical information system of the Udmurt Republic provides automation of the main processes occurring in medical organizations and corresponds to the existing functional capabilities of the current regulatory documents. Discussion. The effectiveness of the implementation of the activities of the national projects "Healthcare" and "Demography" in the region depends on the level of implementation of digital solutions in the activities of medical organizations, the functionality of medical information systems, the availability of mechanisms for interaction of medical organizations. Conclusion. Further development of information technologies in the Udmurt Republic is required in order to analyze clinical data, ensure continuous audit of the process of providing medical care at all stages, timely support for medical decision-making in an open clinical case, and create conditions for simultaneous patient management by doctors of several specialties.
