Adverse environmental conditions, the effects of using different machinery, the deterioration of the social wellbeing of the population and harmful habits (tobacco and alcohol) have a negative impact on the growth of malignant tumors. Extremely unfavorable epidemiological situation of malignant neoplasms in Russia and in the world determines the relevance of the problem. The article presents the analysis of morbidity, mortality and condition of the oncologic help to the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan in comparison with national figures for 2011-2015. In the studied region and the Russian Federation in dynamics for 5 years, there has been a steady increase in morbidity and mortality from this disease. In General, the indicators of the condition of the oncologic help to the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan do not exceed the national average. Five years of observations noted positive dynamics of indicators: the increase in the proportion of patients with early stage disease and reduction in the proportion of patients put stage; the decline of mortality in the first year after diagnosis.
