Summary:
Actuality: the use of drugs capable of regulating the apoptosis system and thereby preventing the development of both pathological and malignant growth is considered new in clinical practice. This ability is possessed by peptide complexes, in particular, the immune peptide IPH REG, which has been repeatedly proven in the studies described by us. This article will provide a brief overview of the results of the study of the effects of the use of IPH REG, which can contribute to the optimization of antioxidant, reparative and immune statuses and, consequently, provide additional preventive benefits for overall health. Purpose: to study the possibilities of the IPH REG peptide complex as a regenerator and immunomodulator. Materials and methods: we have studied the effects of IPH REG as a regenerator and immunomodulator on a rat cell, tissue, and patients. German peptides IPH REG have all the approvals and permits for the markets of the world, such as: WADA certificate (anti-doping), MAFFA certificate (safety), ORGANIC certificate, HALAL certificate, patent protection: patent in the United States of America No. 5,405,266, patent in the European Union No. 016704471, patent in the Russian Federation No. 645608, patent in the People's Republic of China No. 30507522. The effectiveness of the use of the IPH REG peptide was evaluated by us before the start of the study, after 3 months and after 6 months. Results: the peptide IPH REG has reparative, regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties, which is proved by the example of the expression of IL-33, NKT cells, IFN-γ. The peptide IPH REG has a high ability to regenerate tissues after mechanical damage, is able to enhance cell proliferation, wound reepithelization, collagen deposition without any noticeable toxicity and inflammation. Consequently, the IPH REG peptide has wound-healing and antitumor properties in the development of mechanical damage in an experimental model in rats. The use of the peptide IPH REG in a dosage of 100 mcg provides effective antioxidant and pro-oxidant protection of the body, normalizing the parameters after 3 months of use. Conclusions: the IPH REG peptide is well tolerated when administered orally at an optimal effective dosage of 100 mcg, has no side effect and can be widely used as a therapeutic and prophylactic dietary supplement. The use of IPH REG peptide as a tissue regenerator and antioxidant is recommended.
