Introduction. In the system of assessments of the organization of medical care with the use of telemedicine technologies, there is no content for processing information flows reflecting the effectiveness of interaction between consulting medical organizations and medical organizations requesting telemedicine consultations. Aim: to develop a system of indicators of remote interaction of medical organizations in the provision of medical care using telemedicine technologies in order to improve the quality of this process. Material and methods: the development of indicators is based on a content analysis of 18 sources on the methodology for assessing and identifying the processes of providing medical care. The types of indicators are synchronized with the requirements of 15 normative acts of legal phenomena in the provision of medical care using telemedicine technologies. The order of their determination is compiled by the method of preference vectors. Results. The system of indicators is focused on synchronization with medical and statistical indicators of the state of health of the population, the comorbidity index, and its use to develop guidelines for the digital interaction of medical organizations. Conclusion. The application of the proposed system of indicators can contribute to the effective integration of efforts to achieve the goals of providing medical care using telemedicine technologies and, being largely debatable, requires discussion with subsequent testing in the framework of a pilot project.
