Introduction. Coloproctological morbidity remains a significant problem of modern healthcare worldwide, as there is a persistent trend towards an increase in the number of patients with colon diseases. Optimization of the organizational structure of coloproctological medical care resources is impossible without an accurate analysis of financial costs for the treatment of colon pathologies. The purpose of the study. To conduct a comparative analysis of the economic efficiency of options for organizing coloproctological care to the population. Materials and methods. To conduct a comparative analysis of the economic efficiency of the options for organizing coloproctological care to the population, an analysis of the total amount of direct costs and economic costs in terms of a specific patient for the diagnosis and treatment of three nosologies in 2017-2019 was carried out: hemorrhoidal disease (18.1% of all requests for coloproctological care), acute and chronic paraproctitis (3.6%), the DNR of the colon (12.4%). The differences in the indicators of total direct costs for these nosologies were: for hemorrhoidal disease 10.22± 2.13 million rubles, 70.4% (pional directions is hospital-substituting technologies, the low traumatic nature of treatment, the availability and rapid results of which have become the basis for wide dissemination.
