Summary:
Introduction. The study of vegetative regulatory mechanisms of elderly and senile patients and their interrelationships can serve as a basis for an objective diagnosis of age-related resilience. The results obtained with the help of modern approaches to data analysis, processing and presentation have great diagnostic potential. Despite this, such a great potential is not sufficiently realized for an objective assessment of age-related viability, its physical aspect. The results of various studies are not consistent with each other and require clarification.
The purpose of the performed study is to improve the assessment of the physical aspect of age-related viability using diagnostics of regulatory circulatory systems in elderly patients with a pulmonological profile.
Material and methods. Patients undergoing respiratory rehabilitation of the elderly (60-74 years old) according to the WHO classification were examined in comparison with the control group. In the study, a physical examination was performed according to a traditional routine technique using spiroarteriocardiorhythmography (SACR) at rest and when performing functional tests.
Results. Analysis of the application of the methodology for assessing the regulatory circulatory systems using indicators of randomness in the physical aspect of the viability of elderly patients with pulmonological pathology.
Conclusion. Based on the presented results, the authors analyzed the use of indicators of correlation dimension and approximating entropy for the physical aspect of viability in patients with a pulmonological profile. the authors are ready to use the assessment of the functional tension of systems, including indicators of autonomic regulation of blood circulation.
