Introduction. The article is devoted to monitoring trends in management staff in the Ryazan region and their qualification characteristics. The article assesses the direction of the process of modifying the coefficients from the standpoint of the parity rate of the weighting coefficient of their attributive and numerical composition in the regional health care system. Purpose of the investigation. Analysis of the probable vector of development of events related to the provision of regional healthcare with managerial personnel based on verification, trend formulation, its interpretation and long-term forecast. Materials and methods. The article applied the methods of descriptive mathematical statistics and the analytical method. Results and discussion. A reduction of 58,0% in the number of heads of organizations and their deputies employed in the health care of the region in relation to 2012 was established. A stable decrease in the provision of heads of organizations and their deputies in the Ryazan region in 2021 has been proven: by 56.2% compared to 2012, the value of the indicator will reach the level of 1,43 in 2031 with a polynomial forecast model. The staffing of staff positions in medical organizations with heads and their deputies is 87,8%, including medical organizations in rural municipal districts - from 33,3% to 86,4%. The proportion of certified specialists in the Ryazan region is close to 100.0%, the level of qualification of healthcare organizers is quite stable (from 55,9% in 2012 to 73,3% in 2016). Conclusion. The trendwatching of the provision of the population with managerial personnel at the regional level indicates their downward movement and the correspondence of the main trends to the all-Russian.
