Significance. One of the leading tasks of healthcare development in the Russian Federation is to create conditions for improving the availability and quality of medical care, which is implemented by optimizing the functioning of the unified state information system in the field of healthcare, creating a single digital circuit in industry. Purpose of the study: to analyze the information and communication equipment of medical organizations in the Arkhangelsk region. Material and methods. The annual forms of the federal statistical observation № 30 "Information about the medical organization" of medical organizations in the Arkhangelsk region in 2018-2020 were used as materials. Results and discussion. In the state medical organizations of the region, there is an increase in the availability of computer equipment for automating the treatment process by 34,7%. The number of Internet connection points increased by 45,4%, provision of medical personnel with an electronic signature - by 10,9%. The growth rate of consultations conducted with the use of telemedicine technologies amounted to 48,8%, while the largest increase is noted during consultations of doctors using videoconferencing in real time. Conclusion. As part of the E-Health project implementation in the Arkhangelsk region, the material and technical base is being updated, as well as an increase in the number of telemedicine consultations, which corresponds to the general trend in the Russian Federation as a whole.
