ANALYSIS OF THE REGULATORY REGULATION OF TERRITORIAL PLANNING IN HEALTHCARE

Summary:
Healthcare in the Russian Federation is currently included in a number of priority areas of state policy. One of the main principles of modernization of primary health care is to ensure the availability and quality of primary health care provided in rural areas. Improving the availability and quality of medical care to the population is impossible without territorial planning in healthcare.
Objective: to analyze the content of regulatory legal acts regulating territorial planning in the provision of primary health care to the population.
Materials and methods: The sources of information were normative legal acts, as well as scientific publications (articles, abstracts of dissertations). The following methods were used: content analysis and comparative analysis.
Results: The article describes the content of regulatory legal acts on territorial planning in healthcare and the principles of its formation.
Conclusions: The analysis of normative acts on territorial planning in healthcare, together with mapping, identifies problems of accessibility of medical care for the rural population and contributes to the development of measures to eliminate them, which should form the basis of the territorial planning model.
