Summary. The present time is characterized by an accelerated transition of the social structure from the industrial, "pre-information" period of development to the information digital period. The level of development of the information intelligence of the members of society is the most important strategic resource for the development of this community. Purpose of the study. Conducting an experiment on distance education of the population on the prevention of leading risk factors for diseases of the circulatory system based on specially designed educational modules. Materials and methods. The participants of the experiment were the adult population of the Udmurt Republic with risk factors for diseases of the circulatory system (CVD) with the availability of technical capabilities for distance learning. Developed questionnaires for the selection of the population with risk factors for CSD. From 2018 to 2021 (30 months), a remote form of information and educational work was carried out with the population group with risk factors for CSD using modern digital technologies. We have identified 1200 respondents with the presence of CSD risk factors, both behavioral, modifiable - irrational nutrition, overweight, lack of physical activity, smoking, low stress resistance, and partially modifiable - arterial hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hyperglycemia. The questionnaire also included questions about hereditary predisposition. Distance learning with 53 patients was carried out using specially designed educational modules containing information on the prevention of the leading risk factors for CSD. Results. To achieve the goal, an additional survey was conducted among the study population in relation to awareness of the BSC, which took into account personal attitude to the problem, the initial level of awareness, interest in certain areas. Studies have shown that the mobility and employment of the modern population does not allow to devote enough time to learning offline, it is more practical and accessible to learn new knowledge remotely, at any convenient time, without time limits and territorial location and the possibility of using distance learning in healthcare. Conclusion. Distance education of the population in the prevention of CSD risk factors is a promising form of education in modern conditions, especially relevant during the pandemic of a new coronovirus infection. Remote preventive consultation of the patient will help to increase the preventive activity of the doctor. The individual form of distance learning is the most effective. Rationalization of the counseling process through personification helps to improve its quality. It is necessary to further deepen the content of the information part of the modules and differentiation, taking into account the individual severity of FR BSC. The application of the developed training modules on the prevention of CVD risk factors can be used as a basis for distance learning in healthcare.
