Relevance. Tuberculosis is one of the most widespread infectious diseases in the world. In recent years, in the Udmurt Republic, as well as in the Russian Federation as a whole, there has been an improvement in the epidemiological situation for this infection, as evidenced by official statistics and the results of scientific studies of epidemiological indicators, while staffing remains low. Purpose. To describe the availability of phthisiatricians in the Udmurt Republic for 2017-2021 and the implementation of the project "Organisation of work in the MIS ECDPM programme". Materials and methods. The primary material was the data of federal statistical observation, form No. 30 "Information about the medical organization" in the Udmurt Republic. To achieve this goal, an analysis of statistical data on the BHI UR "Republican Clinical Tuberculosis Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Udmurt Republic" for the period from 2017 to 2022 was carried out. The work used analytical and descriptive research methods using as well as the Statistica 10 statistical software package. Results. The results of the study showed that there is a downward trend in the provision of phthisiatricians in the cities of the Udmurt Republic from 0.68 per 10,000 population in 2017. to 0.54 in 2021, in rural areas from 0.38 to 0.35, respectively. In general, in the Republic, the indicator decreased from 0.49 to 0.48 ‰. Conclusion. From the results of the analysis of the provision of the population of the Udmurt Republic with phthisiatricians, it was found that for the study period of 2017-2021, the indicator of provision with phthisiatricians is from 0.49 to 0.48 per 10 thousand population, respectively, which is higher than the average Russian and regional values. Based on the availability of staff and the successful result of the implementation of the project "Organization of training in the program" Unified Digital Platform of Medical Information Systems " " within the framework of the Federal project "New model of a medical organization providing primary health care", in 2021 in the Republican Clinical Tuberculosis Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Udmurt Republic, the Udmurt Republic can achieve high values with the implementation of the federal program "Creation of a unified digital health contour based on the Unified State Health Information System.
