Summary:
Rationing of labor in health facilities aimed at creating the conditions necessary for the implementation of rational organizational, technological, work processes, improved work organization, and ensuring a normal level of intensity of labor in the provision of health services and increase their efficiency. Has proven itself a way of studying the working time is a specialist method motion-time study measurement. Motion-time study carried out for 10-12 days, during which records all operations labor doctor to the patient. Monitoring the activity of TB specialists showed a large share of the working time costs for the work with medical documentation.
