Introduction. The development of drug dosing support systems is one of the priorities of modern healthcare. New interfaces and web-services can help the doctor in choosing the appropriate drug therapy. Aim. The study is conducted in order to determine the level of need for Russian doctors in making decisions regarding the choice of a group of drugs when dosing drugs and compare it with the value of direct dosing. Materials and methods. An analysis was made of the behavior of users of the online dosing support service "Drug Dispenser" from October 13, 2022 to November 28, 2022 using the Yandex Metrika web analytics tool. Results. During the specified period, the online service was visited by 8544 users in the territory of the Russian Federation, 4596 users (53.8%) visited the page with dosing support for antihypertensive drugs, which was 13.6 times higher than the frequency of visiting the page with dosing support for warfarin, the most popular drug among the rest, available within the service. Conclusions. Despite the relative ease of dosing of antihypertensive drugs, doctors feel the need to support the choice of the drug according to nosological criteria. The online dosing support service "Drug Dispenser", developed by the authors, can help the doctor in choosing antihypertensive therapy.
