Summary:
Introduction. The use of information technology in child psychiatry contributes to the improvement of the planning elements of the activities of neuropsychiatric dispensaries. There is a need to develop information and analytical models to prioritize the care of children and adolescents with mental and behavioral disorders.
The purpose of the study: to develop an information and analytical model for determining priorities for medical and rehabilitation care for children and adolescents with mental disorders and behavior disorders as an element of strategic planning of a children's neuropsychiatric dispensary.
Material and methods. Based on the materials of a solid sample of data from the medical information system of the Novosibirsk Regional Children's Clinical Neuropsychiatric Dispensary on 2715 patients (age, diagnosis, treatment terms), the involvement of specialists, the implementation of 4645 diagnostic and 25182 treatment and rehabilitation technologies (6 main groups), an information and analytical model was formed. Based on the use of statistical, analytical methods, modeling elements and graph construction, 6 main stages of it were determined.
Results. The main therapeutic and rehabilitation technologies implemented in the children's neuropsychiatric dispensary are physiotherapeutic, psychological corrections and medical and speech therapy, which account for 75.0% of the total volume of care with an average demand level of 1 patient, respectively 3.2; 2.1 and 1.7 times. These technologies are used in 81.4-87.9% of cases in patients of 3-14 years of age with psychological development disorders, emotional and behavior disorders, organic mental disorders and mental retardation. The quantitative significance of treatment and rehabilitation technologies, which makes up 44.2% for physiotherapy procedures, methods of psychological correction - 23.2%, medical and speech therapy - 12.8%, psychotherapeutic - 10.2%, art therapy - 7.2% and for adaptation methods - 2.4%, determines the priorities of their demand for assistance to children and adolescents with mental disorders and behavior disorders. This is the basis for planning the dispensary strategy.
Conclusion. The developed model makes it possible to use personalized data of the medical information system on patients of the children's neuropsychiatric dispensary as an element of strategic planning to optimize treatment and rehabilitation care for patients with mental disorders and behavior disorders.
Keywords children's neuropsychiatric dispensary, demand for medical and rehabilitation technologies.
