In the article the analysis of existing regulatory framework on labor costs and staff regulations endoscopist, which is also relevant, as in other areas of health care. Currently available normative documents are outdated and require revision. At the organization of the work of the service of endoscopy, it is necessary to take into account the factors leading to the creation of conflicting situations. This appearance, along with new technologies, leading to an increase in the load on diagnostic and treatment services, more sophisticated equipment, allowing to reduce the cost of staff time executing the traditional types of analysis, studies, etc. that raises the question of a more objective assessment of labour endoscopic services.
