The paper uses a formalized method for assessing the digitalization of private healthcare. Results and discussion. As part of the National Healthcare Project, organizational processes are being transformed through automated information support and providing medical organizations with legally significant electronic document management. The transfer of primary medical documentation to the EGISZ makes the treatment and diagnostic process more transparent, deprives the doctor and the clinic of the opportunity to correct errors and shortcomings in the records and, accordingly, imposes a greater responsibility for filling out medical records in accordance with the procedures, standards, and clinical recommendations. Conclusion. Despite the fact that the process of integrating private medical institutions with EGISZ modules faces many problems, the progressive development of the digitalization of the healthcare system is obvious, and only those private medical organizations that successfully undergo digital transformation will be able to develop in the industry and remain competitive.
