The article analyses the normative base, regulating activity of the doctor of ultrasonic diagnostics. The necessity to develop normative documents regulating labor regulation in the specialty ultrasound diagnosis, to improve methodological approaches to the design of regulatory documents at Federal and regional level management. A mandatory condition must be methodical support of regulatory documents, including the identification of conditions under which carried out the design standards and recommendations for flexible their application in health care practice.
