Introduction. The organization of medical care for women with gynecological diseases in day inpatient facility helps bring this type of specialized care closer to patients. Research confirms that the development of day inpatient facility is an alternative to hospitalization, improves the comfort of patients' stay in a medical organization and increases the availability of medical care. Purpose. To study the influence of medical, social and organizational factors on the treatment of patients with gynecological diseases in a day inpatient facility. Materials and methods. Analysis of the survey of women with gynecological diseases who were treated in a day inpatient facility, analysis of the structure of calls to the day gynecological inpatient facility of a multidisciplinary hospital based on medical records. Methods of descriptive statistics are used for the analysis. Results and discussion. The predominance of non-inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs (N80-N99) in the structure of gynecological diseases, which were treated in a day inpatient facility, was revealed. The influence of socio-demographic factors (social status, age) on the choice between treatment in a day socio-demographic factors and a round-the-clock hospital was established. Referral to a day socio-demographic factors by an outpatient doctor or a hospital doctor affects the distribution of patients according to the time spent there during treatment. The time spent daily in the day socio-demographic factors during treatment differed statistically significantly depending on the frequency of treatment. Rest after treatment significantly depended on age. Conclusions. The obtained data on the structure of gynecological diseases and the peculiarities of the influence of medical, social and organizational factors on the organization of medical care for this category of patients can be used in the planning and organization of gynecological care for women in the conditions of treatment in day inpatient facility.
