EXPERIENCE OF SECTORAL TRAINING OF THE HEAD OF A HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATION

Summary:
Introduction. The competence-based approach is the basis for the formation of an educational program for professional training and development of a modern head of a medical organization. In connection with the versatility of labor activity, the training of a leader in the field of healthcare is aimed at developing a set of competencies that are significant for effective labor activity. The purpose of research: develop methodological approaches to the formation of an additional professional educational program for the sectoral training of health care managers based on the requirements of the professional standard and the content of the competency model. Materials and methods. The work used the methodology of a systematic approach, the methods of sociological surveys for assessment, interviews, as well as statistical and logical analysis, grouping data and tabular summaries using modern information technologies. Results. A study was made of the opinions of students of additional professional education cycles on the significance of each block of competencies of the competency model for health care managers (Model 5K) in the educational program and reassessment of the significance of competencies for their subsequent activities as the head of a medical organization. When developing the matrix as a universal tool for building an educational program, the Model 5K - educational program - professional standard were connected and interconnected. Conclusion. Methodological approaches have been developed using the matrix as a universal tool for the formation of educational programs, including personalized ones, for students in the framework of additional professional education based on the requirements of the professional standard "Specialist in the field of healthcare organization and public health" and Model 5K.
