Summary:
The article analyzes the indicators of fetoinfantile losses of the perinatal center of the Udmurt Republic for 2012-2020.
Purpose of the study: to conduct a comparative analysis of infant mortality rates, dynamics of neonatal, early neonatal, late neonatal and postnatal mortality for 2012-2020.
Materials and methods. An analysis of the official statistical documentation of the perinatal center of the Udmurt Republic for 2010-2020 was carried out. The main indicators (perinatal, early neonatal, late neonatal, postneonatal, infant mortality; stillbirth and live birth) are presented in comparison with 2012, when the transition to the new criteria for live birth recommended by WHO was carried out. Statistical processing of the primary material was carried out using parametric and nonparametric analysis in Microsoft Office Excel.
Results. An increase in the total number of children born compared to 2012 by 21.63%, live births - by 22.93% is shown. At the same time, there is a significant decrease in the main indicators of fetoinfantile losses: infant mortality by 69.23% (from 7.6‰ to 2.5‰), stillbirth by 39.75% (from 21.0‰ to 10.4‰), early neonatal mortality by 87.5% (from 8.3‰ to 0.8‰), late neonatal mortality by 14.29% (from 1.8‰ to 1.3‰), perinatal mortality by 53.04% (from 29.1‰ to 11.2‰), total neonatal mortality by 74.36% (from 10.1‰ to 2.1‰), postneonatal mortality by 60% (from 1.5‰ to 0.4‰).Conclusion. During the study period, in the perinatal center of the Udmurt Republic, medical care is provided in accordance with the principles of healthcare organization in the Russian Federation. The results of the performed analysis allow us to state that the staff of the perinatal center of the Udmurt Republic demonstrates a high quality of work, which is confirmed. The decrease in the indicators of fetoinfantile losses demonstrates the responsible attitude of the staff to their duties and the quality of medical care to patients.
